The analysis of growth and survival data across multiple field sites (Goose Point, Sequim Bay, Westcott Bay) and laboratory experiments reveals mixed results for conditioning protocols:

• Growth Effects: Most conditioning treatments showed no clear difference or negative effects on oyster growth
• Survival Benefits: Limited and context-dependent, with some protocols showing benefits only under extreme stress conditions (46°C)
• Protocol Comparison: Weekly conditioning generally performed better than daily conditioning, which showed negative growth effects
