Add examples

This PR adds a few common demonstrations of how the SDK can be used to interact with a rocket chat server.

hello_world.go logins in a user and sends a message to a channel.

multi_channel.go sends a message to all public channels in a server.

create_user.go creates a new user and starts a direct message with them.
