This PR adds a Security section to the docs. The Security section contains the Audits page (moved from Protocol folder) and a new Bug Bounty page for the upcoming Immunefi program and general bug/vulnerability reporting.
Note that it changes many files because it deletes the old Audit files under Protocol and creates exact copies under Security.
