Esse pull request compreende a refatoração de um método das classes autorizadas para refatorar.
A refatoração partiu do principio básico de melhorar a complexidade ciclomática do método, assim, as partes do método foram divididas em outros métodos private...
Algumas variáveis foram removidas, já que com a refatoração já não seriam mais necessárias.
