feat(OnyxPagination): implement compact pagination type

Description

• Add compact pagination type with space-efficient layout for mobile devices
• Add autoTypeDetection prop to automatically switch to compact mode on viewports smaller than xs breakpoint
• Add compactFlyoutDisabled prop to disable flyout menu (useful for cursor-based pagination)
• Add useViewportWidth composable for reactive viewport width tracking
