This is an automated CI health check to verify that the master branch's CI is working correctly.

Purpose

Proactively detect CI breakage before it affects development
Verify all CI jobs complete successfully
Ensure test suite passes on current master

What this PR does

Makes a trivial whitespace change (adds blank line to README.md)
Triggers all CI workflows
Will be closed once CI status is verified

Next Steps

Wait ~2 hours for CI to complete
If CI passes: close PR and delete branch
If CI fails: open issue documenting the failure and tag @ChrisRackauckas

This is part of regular repository maintenance.
