Added new replacement characters for ت, ث, ح, ص, ن, and و in LETTERS_TASHFEER_REPLACEMENT_DICT to improve coverage and flexibility for letter substitutions.
Upgraded several Babel-related packages and other dependencies to newer versions, including @babel/code-frame, @babel/helper-string-parser, @babel/helper-validator-identifier, @babel/helpers, @babel/parser, @babel/template, @babel/types, cross-spawn, and picocolors. Removed unused or outdated dependencies and consolidated duplicate entries for improved consistency and security.
Changed the Node.js version in the GitHub Actions test workflow from 16.x to 22.x to ensure compatibility with the latest Node.js features and security updates.
