Because pipenv is the bomb! Also because we need a specific version of WikidataIntegrator, before they changed the wdi_property_store structure. Signed-off-by: Dan Scott <dscott@laurentian.ca>

The main motivation for this is to pin the WikidataIntegrator version; current versions of the library no longer work with this (very useful for educational purposes!) script. And taking a quick look at the updated library, it's not immediately apparent to me how one would add their own properties. But I do love pipenv... |
