Not really a fix for anything broken, but I improved the configuration slightly by allowing for more details when it comes to the packet system, as well as some internal changes to ensure functionality with the config and reloading.
There is little difference on the user side but I did ensure the config will correctly reflect the vein mining blocks once it has been reloaded.
