I think going for fully individual tech tree layouts (as the game does) would be preferable here. A WIP implementation is on the civ-tech-trees-only branch |

This PR hides the not available unique units for each civilization tech tree. It doesn't reduce the width since the layout is preserved.
This makes the tech tree less overwhelming and easier to read.
