I'm a bioinformatician interested in chromatin biology, microbiome research, and next-generation sequencing technologies.
Former PhD Student in the LΓ€ngst Lab at the University of Regensburg,
where I investigated nucleosome dynamics and their impact on transcriptional regulation.
I contributed to research on chromatin architecture across various organisms, including Saccharomyces cerevisiae (Yeast), Plasmodium falciparum, Adenovirus and SARS-CoV-2.
Postdoctoral Researcher in the Poeck Lab
at the University Hospital Regensburg and a member of the
NGS Core Unit at LIT (Leibniz Institute for Immunotherapy).
My research focuses on understanding the human gut microbiome and microbial metabolites
in the context of cancer immunotherapy.
