The Bitnami Kafka image has moved behind a paywall, and the bitnamilegacy version no longer receives updates, leaving builds with outdated dependencies and breaking CI/CD and local environments.
This PR replaces the unmaintained Bitnami Legacy image with soldevelo/kafka - a free, actively maintained, and fully compatible alternative. Soldevelo's image mirrors Bitnami’s configuration and environment variables, enabling a smooth transition without additional changes.
