update spline spaceapi endpoint

Hi, at spline we introduced a new, dedicated spaceapi service. I updated the url accordingly.

You might want to add SpaceAPI v15 support to your endpoint. Since your endpoint is already compatible to v15, all you'd need to do is add an "15" entry to your api_compatibility list.
