Updated build dependencies for Debian

I'm using a Debian 12 and the list of dependencies needed to build the application didn't work for me.

In particular apt was unable to find the package libgdk3.0-cli-dev, but I solved installing this one: librust-gdk-sys-dev.

Moreover it seems that it also needs librust-libudev-dev, otherwise I had the following error:
