This PR introduces a Transaction Status Tracker component that provides real-time updates for blockchain transactions executed on the Stellar network.
The component improves user visibility by showing transaction progress states (submitted → pending → confirmed/failed) and linking directly to the blockchain explorer for detailed verification.
Changes Made
Created TransactionTracker.tsx in apps/frontend/components/stellar/
Implemented polling logic for transaction status updates
Added UI states for:
Submitted
Pending
Confirmed
Failed
Integrated Stellar explorer links for transaction verification
Added graceful error handling for failed transactions
Improved UI feedback for on-chain operations (funding, release, etc.)
Acceptance Criteria
Transaction status updates correctly through polling
Pending, confirmed, and failed states render properly
Explorer links open correct transaction details
Component handles network or transaction failures gracefully
