One is a modification to the training loop along with updated mean and std for normalization of the CIFAR-10 Dataset. The other "CNNODESynth.py" is the CNNODE trained on synthetic data. I need help with both checking the training loop and making this more efficient.

I added inline Documentation for CNNODESynth.py, and NODE_CIFAR10.py for the training and validation loops
