Add i18n localisation
We mainly refactored all website to use i18n locales, we also added translations (es,fr,ja,zh,ru,uk,de) for easier use of the website.
We also had some minor changes to the website for better text compatibility and stability, no major changes.
Important
We only focused (website) page in this PR, (admin) page is mostly left without localisation for now.

Minor fixes
15.3.0to^15.5.9Linkelement, the prefetched versions seem to be the root of why metadata was missing from the pages. This change will close Page metadata not always seems to work #7BjQgdxVKxSnrzLJK.1.2.mp4
