Hi @tgntr, could you check this pr please? This change will need an upgrade handler to migrate current state on testnet or re-run current testnet. I'll do a upgrade handler in separate PR, lmk if it doesn't needed. |

Tac chain currently using token with decimal 18 but token denom is "utac" which may cause confusion to decimal 6.
This pr will change token denom from "utac" to "atac" which is related to decimal 18.
