Summary of Changes

Moved $_FILES['image'] test to fix the 500 error

ValueError:
Path cannot be empty

  at modules/everpsquotation/everpsquotation.php:746

Testing Instructions

Install pseverquotation module
Go to module's configuration
Made some changes (do not touch to the image/logo file input, let it empty)
Save
