- yml 파일의 값을 읽은 후, 로컬/프로덕션 버전 정보를 저장하는 클래스 작성
- accessURI를 source로 변경 - 파일 버전 정보(environment) 추가 - LOCAL / PROD
- PK 관련 에러 수정
- LOCAL 버전의 경우 파일을 다운로드 받아 BASE64로 인코딩한 문자열을 반환하도록 변경 - PROD 버전의 경우 파일에 접근할 수 있는 URI 반환
