Temporal Education is providing you with a single copy of this software for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree
to receive this software AS-IS, and that you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of

to ensure that this software is free of bugs or vulnerabilities, we cannot guarantee that it will be. You agree that
Temporal Education will not be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental
or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with this software or the use thereof or inability to
use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation
or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if Temporal Education, or representatives thereof, are advised
of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses. You agree that your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction with this
software is to stop using it.

2. Copyright
This software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property
laws and treaties. This software is licensed, not sold. You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in this
software through your use of it. You agree that you will not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service
mark or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying this software.

3. Distribution
This software is currently licensed under the Temporal Education Open-Source License. You agree that you will not
distribute this software or any derivative works thereof, in any form, for any purpose, without the express written
permission of Temporal Education. If you wish to distribute this software, please contact Temporal Education.

4. Reverse Engineering
You agree that you will not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code
of this software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding
this limitation.

5. Trademarks
Temporal Education, the Temporal Education logo, and all other Temporal Education product and service names and logos
are trademarks or registered trademarks of Temporal Education. All other trademarks are the property of their respective
owners.

6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying all copies of this software
and all of its component parts. This license will terminate immediately without notice from Temporal Education if you
fail to comply with any provision of this license. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of this software and all
of its component parts.

7. Governing Law
This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving
effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Temporal Education
and you for any purpose concerning this license or the software shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court
of competent jurisdiction sitting in San Francisco, California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect
to the software must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause
of action is barred.

8. Miscellaneous
This license constitutes the entire agreement between you and Temporal Education with respect to the software and
supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. This license may be modified
by Temporal Education from time to time without notice to you. You agree that you will not assign this license or
transfer this license or any rights granted hereunder, in whole or in part, by operation of law or otherwise, without
the prior written consent of Temporal Education. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer this license or any rights
granted hereunder, in whole or in part, without such consent will be null and void. This license will be binding upon
and will inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assigns. This license shall not be construed
against Temporal Education by virtue of having drafted it. If any provision of this license is held to be unenforceable,
this license shall be construed as if such provision were not contained herein. The section titles in this license are
for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

9. Changes in License
Temporal Education reserves the right to change the terms of this license at any time. If you do not agree to the
terms of this license, you must stop using this software. If you continue to use this software after the terms of this
license have changed, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this license as changed.
