This repository contains the material of the course on MRI:
- the python notebook "TD_MRI.ipynb". We will run it on
(if there are issues with Binder, we can run it on google collab, which requires to log in with a google account)
- the data:
- sub-01_ses-01_locAP-sms-1-6iso-events.tsv (the event file)
- rp_asub-01_locAP_multiband_1_6iso.txt (the movement parameters)
- swtrasub-01_locAP_multiband_4mm.nii (the fMRI data)
