When running sudo pip install -r requirements.txt normally, I get the error externally-managed-environment. pip recommends using pacman. Adding --break-system-packages works too but mixing pacman and pip packages is risky.

I don't think an Arch Linux installation is needed as it will be changed once in a while in the Arch Wiki.

you can just refer to the wiki instead of here, because it will add more space for this single repo - https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/python#Package_management
