release 0.2.0 - support other VM sites

changes:

• generalized the code, so it supports any VM site that uses the welmers.net hosting / server side software
• added the new --site parameter to do that, see README
• specifically, it works with intercitybike.nl and velomobiel.nl now

release 0.1.0 - first pypi package release

changes:

• made a pypi package from the code
• when installing the code via pip3 install vmnlcli, it also create a small wrapper executable, so you can invoke it via vmnlcli on linux as well as on windows
• adapted the docs accordingly, added wrapper script examples for windows
