- Reorganize CSS into modular components (buttons, cards, forms, etc.) - Add three-column layout with sidebar, main content, and right sidebar - Implement dark mode toggle with Stimulus controller and cookie persistence - Extract header, sidebar, flash, and question card into reusable partials - Add Inter font via Google Fonts - Create separate admin stylesheet
