Rewrite Dawn and Horizon cards for latest webui-develop #1

Full rewrite of both Dawn and Horizon for the latest webui-develop, have changed some card defaults so users notice they will need to update their card settings as we've changed methods of creating the cards. Added option to use separator images or still use a single character separator, with option to add a stroke around the separator image. Horizon now centers horizontally automatically removing the need for the alignment overlay. Dawn now trims the title_text to line up with the index text removing the need for title_text_horizontal_shift. Updated README.md and preview cards.
