UserStyles only apply to budgetlightforum.com (and github.com) URLS instead of all sites.
- added link hover effects (text only) - changed background hover color for notifications - changed styling on user profile page - upated styling on user page profile content tabs - changed styling for sidebar category headers (I believe this reverts to an older style) - made sidebar buttons nice - added a couple extra zeroes to the beginning of subsecond transitions for neatness
lw-koZ.css: - changed highlight-medium, highlight-low - added --d-sidebar-highlight-hover-icon - added --hover-anim-time (didn't implement into style-css)
