The "wise" update

The main goal is reorganizing the structures of GUIs, adding some GUIs like an installation wizard or "delete configs?" dialog, improving the uninstalling process (E.g. also removing unneccessary registry entries,...) and further improvments to the design of Green2.
But there are also interesting features added:

• The option to specify multiple values when creating SEPA direct debits;
• The option to disable features belong to birthdays

The "fancy" update

Apart from smaller bugfixes, the main changes visible for users are:

• Lots of design improvments
• Addition of many icons (Actually it´s quite fancy now...)
• Support of multiple profiles per user
• Multi user support
• More safety according to the database scheme and optional columns
