As well as changing names from lowercase to uppercase (xbeehandler -> XbeeHandler), I also changed the naming for the XbeeLink class to a more fitting UARTLink class.
The class naming was because there is nothing inherent about the xbee link. The class itself was already a general class for UART connections.
