Summary

  • replace the .NET CLI scaffolding with MSBuild projects that target the v120_wp81 toolset for CLRNetCore, CLRNetInterop, CLRNetSystem, CLRNetHost, and the smoke-test harness
  • add a Windows Phone host entry point plus a full security/compatibility implementation so the runtime, interop, and enforcement layers initialize on device
  • document the Windows Phone build workflow and provide a build-wp81.ps1 script that drives MSBuild and packaging on a Windows machine

Testing

  • not run (Windows Phone 8.1 toolchain is unavailable in this environment)
