Add sat subjects

Description

• Added SAT subjects to topics
• Temporarily hide SAT subjects from the student dashboard
• Added SAT Math subject quiz assets
• SAT Reading review materials

Steps to test:

1. Visit /training as a volunteer and should see a tab for "Standardized Testing"
2. When clicking the dropdown "Subject Certifications" should see SAT Math and SAT Reading
3. Should be able to take a quiz in SAT Math and SAT Reading and pass/fail
4. If passed should be able to that the subject is now completed
5. If UPchieve 101 has not been passed satMath will not be added to the subjects array
6. If UPchieve 101 has been passed when viewing your profile (/profile) the SAT Math or SAT Reading should be listed

2. Should not see any subject cards to start an SAT session
