Looks OK. The reversions in the customized UTC comments are OK; keeping it to standard YOURLS is probably better for the long run. I made some minor changes to the composer.json and other files to ease in some of the migration commits to Upsun hosting.

Main stuff in this release is much better accessibility for the Admin side tables, standardized tab/spacing, and PHP deprecation fixes for PHP 8.5
