Added callbacks in SingularityManager for when user grants bluetooth permissions and implemented it in BluetoothUIManager. The callbacks eliminate the need to restart the app after bluetooth permissions are granted.
If the callbacks are included in a release, the wiki should be updated to include instructions on setting up the callbacks.
