Renamed obfuscated names to Yarn mappings for Fabric 1.21.9. Adjusted method and field mappings for clarity.
Refactored RadioBlockEntity to use Yarn-style names and improved readability. Updated methods for NBT serialization, state management, and tick logic.
Updated the onInitializeClient method to register a new property with a placeholder registry.
Updated RadioState to implement StringIdentifiable and modified codec handling. Added network serialization methods for PacketByteBuf.
