This PR implements the NEOFLUX LED controller as a new tab in the OctoPrint-LiveGCodeControl plugin. It features a custom Cyberpunk-styled frontend with a 60fps canvas preview and a robust backend thread that safely manages G-code injection, preventing serial buffer saturation during prints.
