Not sure if you're in the discord, but we're finally organized to a point where we have admins who can look at code. They are setting project requirements now, aggregating existing tools that people already have is in the immediate next steps. This PR will satisfy the base project scaffold. Obviously, its way too early for something concrete...as the technologies are still being discussed on discord
