feat: build component library

In this PR I,

Closes #9

• created the various components according to the requirements
• added a usage documentation for the issue
• ensure clear typings, aria and screenreader accessibility

Issues

• I do not have access to the figma file to complete the setup and test properly according to design @Yunusabdul38

Once I have the design, I will fix, display the demo, and update the PR

Updates

• updated the color pallette to follow the stipulated colors
  -- Primary (#2154F7)
  -- Secondary (#343D4F)
  -- Accent (#5299F9)

• Built UI page to view the various components and their variants
