Bootloader

Bootloader is simply loader that loads operating system. In SpiceVM it uses Account System and then finds VM with that username (/home/%username%) and loads VM. If you type username that is in more than one VMs it will ask you to select your VM (but first you need type your password). If there are no VMs with that username it mostly shows all VMs at currently selected host. But if there are no VMs it will load DemoVM or if it's broken it will load ManagerVM.
