Here is a summary of my changes:
1: Now has validation of inventory entries
2: Ensures a plan is never assigned with an empty or broken
in_inventory3: Adds a helper function which scans the list and verifies live and accessible item stacks exist in the entity’s inventory before allowing them to be used.
4: Plans are now only reconstructed if their remaining inventory entries are still valid after transfer attempts.
