PR introduce CircleCI configuration to keep project working between commits.
Builds for linux and windows64. Mac build would need paid circle subscriptions.
CI archives builds so user could download them instead of building everything from scratch.
PR also fixes several compiling warnings and introduce
-hoption which print help and exit with success retcode (=0). Also several styling issues fixed.
