Install GO_CNCI

 git clone https://github.com/YspCoder/GO_CNCI.git
 cd GO_CNCI
 unzip libsvm-3.0.zip
 cd libsvm-3.0
 make

 cd ..
 cd src/main
 go build main.go

Example
