Overview

This PR iterates on the repo in several ways:

  • Actually [de]serialize ld-cbor
  • Clean up build output
    • mjs, cjs, types
    • update package exports
    • externalize dependencies for downstream bundling
  • Start test setup with CI
  • Create script to convert xspf file to cspf
  • Clean up code
    • Split validators, dtos, types, etc
