Debugged the existing approach but this leaves to be desired when days aren't 0 and hours or minutes are.

Opinionated change: leap years are counted as one year and one day instead of counting every single year as 365.2525. I find this a lot more human-friendly.
The time difference in seconds between dates is unchanged.
