This PR updates the ACM website with calendar changes, archive entries, and IPC 2026 event information. It adds a new upcoming meeting with KU Blockchain, archives the Spring 2026 kickoff meeting, and adds a new information section to the IPC 2026 page.

The button text says "More information is available on the Devpost!" but the href points to a Google Forms URL (https://docs.google.com/forms/...), not a Devpost link. This is misleading to users who expect to be taken to Devpost. The URL should either point to the actual Devpost page, or the text should be updated to accurately describe what the link leads to (e.g., "Register now!" or "Sign up here!").
