Removes [xmldom](https://github.com/xmldom/xmldom). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [xmldom](https://github.com/xmldom/xmldom), [electron-builder](https://github.com/electron-userland/electron-builder/tree/HEAD/packages/electron-builder) and [electron-packager](https://github.com/electron/electron-packager). These dependencies need to be updated together.
