The following diagram provides an overview of the ontology using the Chowlk notation format.
This section contains information that supports the "Data exchange identification" activity as defined in the Linked Open Terms (LOT) methodology. The information captured in this registry serves as basis for extracting ontological requirements.
The datasets folder provides a registry of the datasets available in the use case. The following table captures the ontology coverage for each dataset and the respective declarative mappings for transforming the raw data into RDF. The datasets available are described in detail as Markdown files that can be found in folder datasets.
The RML mappings used in the data fabric to transform each dataset into a data product are available in folder knowledge-graph.

This diagram depicts the dataflows exchanged between the data sources and data consumers of the use case. The diagram shows which datasets registerd in the data catalog are required by the different data consumers.
We encourage to locally develop the ontology documentation before publishing it online. For this, we recommend running WIDOCO tool via Docker container.
