Move awk instantiation after ble/is-function is defined, as it needs/uses it. Currently the function is referenced before it is defined.

Move awk instantiation after ble/is-function is defined, as it needs/uses it. Currently the function is referenced before it is defined, which leads to an error message when starting ble.sh.
