A simple container G4FluenceWeightCalculator for a plugin used by G4PSCellFlux to apply user weighting of particle fluence (e.g. rel. NIEL factors). This avoids the implementation of custom scorers for different scoring meshes.
The plugin will be set inside geant4_vmc
