Removes [xmldom](https://github.com/xmldom/xmldom). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [xmldom](https://github.com/xmldom/xmldom), [plist](https://github.com/TooTallNate/node-plist) and [react-native-launch-navigator](https://github.com/dpa99c/react-native-launch-navigator). These dependencies need to be updated together.
