Modern user friendly CLI

Generalized FAIM CLI with following characteristics:

  • self contained user guidence (via --help)
  • help screens are modern and colorful
  • CLI exposes experimental parameters (rather than leaving them hardcoded)
  • End to end functionality for Experiment CLI
    • synthetic - with statistical parameters unhardcoded
    • compas - with statistical parameters unhardcoded
